Sarah-Louise graduated from Queens University in Belfast with an Honours Degree in Law and subsequently obtained her professional qualifications from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
She started her career working in a general practice firm in East Belfast dealing with conveyancing, elderly client work, administration of estates, family law and litigation.
Sarah-Louise has been with Peter Bowles & Company since 2016. She is based in the Comber branch and continues to specialise in general private client work. She has experience in acting in a large range of residential property matters. She acts for clients in the purchase and sale of houses, apartments and building sites including those buying with the assistance of Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association. She is responsible for all property related matters including mortgage transactions, applications for possessory title, boundary rectifications and dealing with complex title issues generally.
Sarah-Louise also advises on and acts in the administration of estates, the drafting of wills and matters pertaining to capacity including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications.
