Joanne Kerr

Joanne is a specialist Personal Injury and Medical Negligence solicitor. She joined the practice, having previously worked for a large national Law Firm where she gained a reputation for successfully representing individuals who had been injured through no fault of their own.

She has a wealth of experience in handling a wide range of injury claims including Road Traffic Accidents, Workplace Accidents, Fatal accident claims, cases for Noise Induced Hearing Loss and Asbestos related disease litigation.

She also advises and represents clients in Medical negligence cases, including those involving birth defects and significant spinal and head injuries. She specialises in cases involving serious and often life changing injuries and over the years has achieved substantial settlements for her clients.

Joanne is committed to supporting her clients at what is often a difficult time and guiding them through the claims process.
